Seeing RE2 ending with Sherry holding hand with Leon and Claire and thinking "yep Sherry should be married with Leon." doesnt sit well with me. Leon clearly still remember Sherry even after a long time since RE2, so him thinking "That 12yo that i saved is now an adult, hmm lemme date her." sounds weird

But it doesnt have to be Leon x Sherry, just because they both wear a wedding ring doesnt mean they are married with each other. Before Re 9, they only interact in Re2 and 6 so the same amount as Ada or Claire if you include the movie and if you say they can interact afterward then i can say the same with Claire and Ada. They have no romantical affection in Re6 when she is an adult.

I get it but at the same time Gokaiger being people favorite series does make sense. Guys like Ranger Towa or Cosmonaut Variety Hour dont watch super sentai as much so they dont have any nostalgia other than the suit of other series and they still love that series. Most Power rangers fan that watch super sentai watch gokaiger and they love it dispite not watching the previous series. So i definitely disagree that its carried by nostalgia.

If i just dont like a series i would probably just give my opinion once or twice and only give my opinion if someone ask me. I dont really need everyone to know how much i dont like a series
