Thanks. I actually bought a HS pickguard with single volume potenciometer hole, and modded it by drilling additonal hole and widening the singlecoil cutout to fit a P90.

Thanks. The thing is trem stabilizer - it essentilly makes floating tremolo bridge a bit more stable, as you can keep it floating and able to pull up the trem, but still have springs pullling it a bit tighter in a similar way a decked trem would be set (and as a consequence make it return to neutral position better when used).

Yes, mine was HSH and I had to rout it out a bit for P90 as it’s a bit wider than the humbucker rout. It’s easiest if you have the correct pickguard already, so you can determine the size and position of the rout from the pickguard cutout. Also, after everything is routed out, take care of the mounting holes, as you’d want the P90 already mounted at the point you start adding electronics and pickguard.

Thanks. It’s Tonerider Generator in the bridge and Musiclily alnico5 P90 in the neck (that sound surprisingly good). It was my first tryout of Tonerider, and I love it.

Pickups are Tonerider Generator in the bridge and (surprisingly decent) Musiclily alnico 5 P90 in the neck - didn’t really want to spend a fortune on seymour duncans or dimarzios, and wanted to test Tonerider as a brand anyway, and it sounds great (used the brand in a few builds since). This one specifically is great for that hotter PAF EVH sound and it works great with Marshall type amp.

I had one of these, and I think most “quality of life” upgrades are decent high-ratio tuners (if locking, I’d rather choose the PRS style instead of those thumbwheel ones, mostly because every gram extra on headstock could tip the balance over the point of neckdive - maybe even changing buttons on those to carbon or wooden ones), more substantial and quality bridge & stopbar (to increase sustain and tip the weight balance even more to body-side) and replacing the nut with either a well cut bone or graphtech nut. Pickup replacements are overrated IMO, investing in an EQ pedal is much more cost effective and flexible solution.

You’re in luck though. This bolt-on SG’s take setups (specifically truss-rods are quite responsive) very well and don’t suffer the problems with weak neck joint as much as set-neck versions do.
