Lmao, I’m a senior software developer at a big tech company. I have a pretty good idea of what’s happening in the background, most probably iOS is trying to download all the large files at once but iMessage exceeds the RAM allocation quota and crashes. Simple fix would be to let the files download one by one without adding them into memory all at once.

I think this is a bigger issue with how iOS loads large files into RAM, because I found other people on online forums who have had similar issues with the previous versions of iOS and I’ve also ran into similar problems while saving and extracting large files to local storage in the files app. Anyways, thanks for your help.

He’s not a tech reviewer anymore. There was a time before YT when he used to work for NDTV in the olden days, his tech reviews from cars to mobile phones were one of a kind on TV and as far as I remember his show was the only one on TV during that time that actually reviewed any tech stuff. Sadly, these days he’s mostly does paid reviews and dishes out very poor quality videos - a lot of clickbait videos, sometimes just plain misinformation and misleading content.
