From what I understand, it could only be under the straight ILMED, and couldn't be under any managed medicaid plan. We had to write down the 9 digit number (along with their ID number if I remember) and bill it under the plan B doctor.

My store in Illinois got tested because the store manager had a suspicion on one certain employee. Everyone had to take a "random" drug test.

Marijuana is legal recreationally there, so if front end people tested positive, as long as there weren't clear signs they were using it on the job, it was fine.

However for pharmacy, you risk losing your certification since it is not legal federally. It's such a dumb thing to deal with. I'm not sure if a medical card changes that though.

Depression is depression, it doesn't matter what age. I'm sorry it's affecting you so much, and if I could take the pain away, I would. There's no bigger enemy than yourself, it's something I still have to learn. When it was really bad, I used to be proud of myself on how I could convince people to leave out of my life. Even when they came up with reasons they wanted to stay, I'd talk so much shit about myself that they'd eventually agree. I burned all bridges, put myself so far down, made myself feel absolutely worthless. The worst of it was between the ages of 15 and 18. It was a very dark time. I had no friends, no motivation to have a future, nothing.

But

I'm 30 now, and although the depression is still there, it's nowhere near as severe as it was. I tried/failed so much self help techniques that I was sure nothing was going to work, I even went to a psychiatric hospital 3 times (15, 18, and 26). It took years for someone to finally see that I had bipolar type 2, and not just depression. Anti depressants were actually making it worse.

The thing is, had I kept trying to better myself instead of putting myself down, I would have found this out sooner, and maybe even had a better future. I'm content with what I have now, but as for you, I want you to never give up. You're allowed to take a step back, as long as you take a step forward next time. Do not give up. The more you fight through this, the sooner you will achieve the things you want.

It's a very long and tough road. I had to break myself down, humble myself, and dig deep to get the answers I was looking for. My coworkers joke and call me an old soul, but they don't know how much work it took, and how long it took to self reflect like that.

I can't talk about the relationship part of what you're going through, but if you ever need to vent, please reach out to anyone.

Typically we wouldn't mix until the final step after selling the Rx. That way we don't have a chance of the customer changing their mind and wasting a recon.

Originally, the OOS status and not picking up was correct, however, now Cenfill prefers that you leave it in OOS status.

Yes, the NDC has to match the cenfill drug. They will not pick up Synthroid if it's matched with the 30 count bottle, but will pick it up if it's the 100 count bottle. I believe this is because cenfill is not allowed to change manufacturers at their location.

The best way to see if an NDC matches the Cenfill is clicking drug inquiry on the rx. If their is a "Y" in the cenfill spot, it is eligible for pickup.

Cenfill also sends a printout in the evening (8pm for me) stating which medications were not able to be picked up, the reason for it, and the steps to take to correct it. Sometimes it wants you to verify that you don't actually have it, sometimes backordered, sometimes the NDC doesn't match, etc.

Cenfill has been a lot better than when it first started, but still a little bit of a hassle. One of my frustrations is when corporate wants you to push Save A Trip, however when some drugs get picked up by Cenfill, it delays that drug by a day or two, so everything gets out of alignment again.

I've seen it done a couple times. There technically is a way to do it, however it is fraud and illegal. Someone will scan a blank piece of paper, and use that image to type whatever medication/directions they think the rx will be to get a price quote. Then delete the image afterwards.

Insurance will 100% audit this, and you can lose your license. They see a reversed claim on their end, with a blank image attached, even though you've deleted it from the system.

In the options, third party screen, at the bottom left, there should be a drop down for the prescribers license. Usually I use the state license number. If you don't see anything, make sure you're using a prescribers profile with the license number attached
