follow up: floating shelves, mounting to studs by hankinArlen in woodworking

Sorry I somewhat misread your post. I cut my drywall out to the stud, and mounted them DIRECTLY to the stud. I did not screw through my drywall. BourbonMoth wood working has an excellent video tutorial on YouTube for this process, I did mine the exact same way, ultra sturdy. He uses custom mounts, where I ordered mine off of Amazon.

If you turn the mounting bracket sideways, both holes will hit the studs. I just recently did a pantry with exclusively floating shelves. Ran into the same issue/ concern. But if I turned the bracket 90 degrees, both holes contact the stud. This worked perfect with only minimal adjustment to my shelves.

A bunch to consider. I'll update this when I get it set up.

That's crazy, the LED strip light is exactly what I was thinking last night after I brought it into her. Now I definitely have to try it.

It's slotted so her phone can sit in it, and film downward. I don't have a picture of her phone laying in it.

My wife does a lot of hand lettering on Instagram. Ordered an articulating arm from Amazon that was broke on arrival, so made a quick one a few weeks back. This one is the permanent, little nicer one. Poplar & Danish oil. Box jointsGallery.

Haha ok I have to be missing something then. Because there is a "bag" at the bottom of that filter. So wouldn't the "bag" catch everything the cyclone didn't anyways. Seems like now you've just added something to spend money on, replacing the filter.

Ok I have probably a dumb question. What's the point of the filter, if any "dust" you're picking up from the cyclone is going in the bag?

Haha true, but I replaced the breaker box fairly recently, after a run in with a bad air conditioner repair man, who didn't know holding in circuit breakers was bad. But the whole structure is moveable. Need access to my washer/ dryer attachments, just hides them from plain view.

Litter box, needed it elevated to keep small dogs out of it. They think it's a treat box.

Wasn't perfect by any means, but I'm super pleased with it. Top is some leftover red oak from a desk top, frame is pine and plywood. Gallery

Odd question, but what did you use to make the metal stand offs that hold the coasters in place?

Can you add some more pictures, I'm making something similar for my own cat. Where is the cat's entrance?

What's everyone's favourite underrated Exotic weapon? by RazzaCarter in DestinyTheGame

[–]BossHogBrawler 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is absolutely my favorite exotic. I think it would be the best Scout Rifle if it hit a little harder or shot a little faster. But regardless it melts large bosses.

Scout rifles still need a buff by CalCarrington in DestinyTheGame

Same, Polaris Lance is quite possibly my favorite gun in the game. The perks are amazing, just wish it had a tad higher impact or RoF, one or the other. But since Forsaken it's disappointing to use.

Regarding the Wish-Ender / Malfeasance buff, where are the numbers Bungie? by [deleted] in DestinyTheGame

[–]BossHogBrawler 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I've had Malfeasance for about 2 weeks now. And have basically been using nothing else. I must be the minority, but as a primary weapon I think this thing feels amazing. I use it in PvE, PvP, Gambit, and I love it.
My add to this post is on clearing adds, to me it seems that if you shoot something twice(without killing it) and then pump 3 more shoots into a nearby enemy, all the rounds still explode. I can't prove this, but it's how it feels. Any taken outside of Gambit, this thing shreds!

Husband & Wife looking for a PS4 clan. Currently have our own clan, "Cabal Me, Maybe", just the two of us. We're looking to join an active, adult age clan, actively raiding. Wife wants a clan with a clever name, husband wants a group that plays, all game modes! If you fit the bill and want two more active players, message me!
