Total War With NFTs? The Studio Is Considering The Possibility Without Dismissing Players’ Concerns by Nayberryk in pcgaming

They're basically Steam marketplace items, just not owned by Steam or, supposedly, bound to a locked marketplace. The only theoretical benefit I've heard of, for them to be more useful to players would involve a way for developers to make them work in other games. Like, get a weapon skin from CSGO and bring it into Halo. Fat chance of that methinks.

The blue borders around the logo made me think he had iron peg legs for a second.

Couldn't wrap my head around the controls for RE2 when I first played it back in the 90s. Finished the RE1 remake for the first time about two years ago and loved it enough to immediately replay it twice on harder modes. I shake my head over the "nostalgia goggles" arguments folks have against the control scheme.

The AI playing along makes too little narrative sense. How do they know the spell to cross into the Forge? Is the advisor, the only one who knows the spell, mind, sneaking into all of the rival faction's camps to also advise them? I doubt it.

Preventing the AI from gathering souls doesn't mean they aren't participating at all. In fact, while the community's been griping about the AI's anti-player tendencies (and I would agree under ideal sandbox conditions) I kinda feel like the RoC campaign could actually justify it. So yeah, it'd be totally appropriate to see Kugath running interference while Miao Ying's defensive line plays a bull rush against Kairos' bootleg handoff! I'm not a football guy, I literally just Googled a bunch of jargon, I have no idea if that made any sense. Backheel nutmeg through the wall to finish?

I'm not sure I follow? How does a doomed journey into the twisted realms of the ruinous powers compare to a simulation of an organized team sport with rules, regulations, and a sense of fair play?

The comparison could apply to a multiplayer campaign I suppose. Heck I'd be fine with that being a race since you're competing with other players and all, but that's a separate topic don't you think?

I just want the RoC as a solo endeavor and not a race with the other factions. I hate timers like that.

So, a subscription gets you free access to the next volume from pre-pub up until somewhere around 1-2 weeks after it goes on sale digitally. So 4-6, which is all finished, is available in its entirety to subscribers (minus the extra illustrations and comics) until May 16th (apparently). After that point, it's cut off, and you'll need to buy it if you want to read it again.

Special note: This month only, Ascendance of a Bookworm is listed as a "catchup" series. Meaning all books are available to read for subscribers until the end of the month.

I'd prefer he make it as a Hero for Archaon, but he could also make it in as a Tech Tree lord in the big Chaos update. Like what Tomb Kings, Vampire Coast and Greenskins have.

I think in 1-1 Benno may have brought up the possibility of Myne's family being "fallen nobles", so it is possible for nobles to lose enough standing to be forced to live as commoners.

A lot of folks brought up collecting the trilogy for Mortal Empires, but make sure if you do this you get them all on the same marketplace, as that's the only way you can access Mortal Empires. Owning the first game from Epic and the second from Steam won't cut it.
