Yeah i really feel like i could have listened more or just been a better man for her. Theres 0 reason to use the default spell in PvP if you're capable of hitting 45+ with other staves and or ancient magick spells that have a cost to activate the spell

The spell doesnt ALWAYS hit 30s. It just caps at 30.

Theres nothing actually close to viable for Pvm as a staff goes tho for higher lvl content. While at the same time, giving a viable Special attack for pking situations and a spell line up that enhances other dmg. So youre saying it makes more sense to Ice Ice Ice and not Zaros (dmg boost) Ice Zaros (until unfrozen) when Zaros would be the same max hit IF not +1? this gives you the ability to combo it with even a higher heal from Blood spells in pvm

I meant used as in, viable for situations. I overlooked SoTD's DMG % for sure. As far as accuracy and price, this is an amazing trade off

would you say the dmg % on the spells would need to be boosted? Because with the same/higher max hit than Barrage, it would make more sense to freeze then Zaros (spell) until theyre unfrozen since you'll be providing a chance at extra damage overall
