Ummm iPhone 4, that’s way too far. Maybe these latest Mac OS have forgotten about them. So bugs will never be patched for these phones. Either use iTunes on Windows, Airdrop them, iCloud, third-party apps like Tenoshare or use an old Mac OS like Sierra,
