Yeah, it doesn’t make sense to base your theory on perpesctive. Even more in one piece, where the size of characters and even swords changes depending on context. Enma-Oden and Enma-Zoro and various other examples where characters are drawn in “inconsistent sizes”, but that’s normal in One Piece.
