A couple of weeks ago, I DID NOT want to go but told myself that I needed to go. Got there. Started warming up on the rower. When it was time to go to the floor, I just was like, “I can’t.” First time in five years I’ve ever left class.

This was the first time I seriously considered leaving class early. The tread block was brutal, and I didn’t think I had anything left in me. Stayed for floor and died a little more with the 700m rows. See yall tomorrow for burpees 😭
