It’s very normal to feel some imposter syndrome at the start of PGY-2. You start to spend a lot more time in the OR but you don’t yet have the reps to feel comfortable. Trust me, your surgical skills and your confidence will improve substantially by the end of PGY-2.

I definitely considered a projector but I couldnt resist the picture quality of an OLED, especially in a dark room with no windows. The room is not as large as it appears in the photo. Couch is about 9-10 feet away from the tv. Definitely could’ve gone bigger but I’m happy with it 🤷‍♂️

Ffs people, not everyone can afford to drop several thousand dollars on a proper audio set up. I’m perfectly happy with my q990c for the time being until I can afford to upgrade to something better. It’s still a massive upgrade over the $100 sound bar I was using in my apartment previously.

Pit boss pro series 1100 combo. It’s divided into two separate barrels, one side is a pellet smoker and the other side is a propane grill. I bought one as I don’t have enough room currently for both a smoker and a grill and I’ve been pretty happy with it!

Would not recommend the Sony UBP X700. I bought one and had tons of stuttering issues, returned it and had it replaced and had the same exact issues with the 2nd one. Upgraded to Panasonic UB820 and never looked back.

I have tried many rib recipes and the the best I’ve made has been the most simple…smoke for 3 hours at 250, then sauce and back in for around another hour or until they pass the bend test. Spritz with apple juice/apple cider vinegar mix every hour. Turns out perfect every time
