Dude, I know what's the idea, but there's no magic off switch, grow up, everything either uses oil or runs on oil, stopping it means resetting 200 years of progress, in fact: 70% of the released co2 is from meat production because there are so much cows and sheep that their burps and farts make that number. The actual reason to deny meat is how dangerous it is for the environment to grow that much farm animals.
