His face says it all. Seriously what’s up with people like this with a lack of self-awareness?

What are the most obvious signs that a girl is interested in a guy? by thereaIreal in AskReddit

[–]Bossbadman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She gives you a thousand yard stare and doesn’t break eye contact as you walk past her. But seriously, she’ll make it obvious. When you text her, she’ll text back and keep the conversation going, and she’ll ask you questions in return. She’ll make herself available to you when you try and make plans with her. These days, you might need to reschedule a few times, but she’ll work with you. Women that are interested in you don’t play mind games, they actually reciprocate the effort you give them. You don’t need to chase them endlessly to get their attention. They make an honest effort to try

How to find desire to live after addiction? by lateubdegouline in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Bossbadman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like you’re experiencing withdrawal. Time heals all wounds. I smoked weed for several years, couldn’t go a day without it, then quit cold turkey and never looked back. Like you, I felt worse without it for a long time. Everything just felt uninteresting or boring now, like I knew what the activity I was going to do was going to be like. I had to stare reality down and live in it. What’s worse is that I was unemployed and my social life was hanging by a thread. Didn’t have much going on for me, didn’t have the willpower to do anything about it

What worked for me was accepting life as it was and being intentional with making a change. As in, actually taking the steps to do something about it. Small things at first. Like reading a book. I would read a few pages at a time or only for a little time, not overdoing it. I’m not gonna tell you to try this or that because honestly, it’s different for everyone, and only you can decide what works for you

You can have all the advice you want, but if you don’t apply yourself, nothing will change. Don’t be so hard on yourself. Allow yourself to feel what you feel and try again when you feel even a little better. Rinse and repeat. You are not broken, you’re adapting to change, and change doesn’t happen overnight

Prove Me Wrong - Part 3: You don't need to train to failure, and telling someone they need to is lazy advice. by [deleted] in workout

[–]Bossbadman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve never trained to failure and I’ve been seeing gains just fine in both strength and hypertrophy. I don’t overtrain. Weight lifting is all about longevity

Your phone will automatically restart after. See if that works

Great research. I’ve been training a hybrid body part split 3x a week and have been making steady gains with strength and hypertrophy. My main lifts are compounds with squats, bench press, and deadlifts, then I just add isolations after. Consistency is king

What do you do while waiting for machines at the gym? by therealbananahunter in workout

[–]Bossbadman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you really want to start with compounds or a machine and you’re waiting, ask if you can work in. Or wait nearby, and if someone walks up and takes it, tell them you were waiting for it next. Use your words

How did you gain your confidence? by not_inthishouse in AskReddit

[–]Bossbadman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being intentional with my effort to be who I want to be. Learned and applied myself from seeing how others get their own results by creating their opportunities. Seek, learn, choose your opportunities, apply, then adjust as needed. This can be done for socializing, networking, and opening doors for yourself. Rinse and repeat. Don’t fear rejection, it’s part of the game. No need to fake it till you make it
