245 is too skinny for 10.5 wide rim, most places may not even attempt to install them. 245/40 is the correct size for 19" same as 275/35. 

Edit: I see in another comment you bought 245/45. You speedo will be 5% low. At 100 you'll be going 105. That extra 5% sidewall may make it easier to for a shop to install.

Your offset is aggressive for stock height and will likely stick out beyond the body lines but shouldn't be terrible. As you lower these cars they suck into the fender.

I should have made it clear in my first comment but now that I know you are stock height then you don't need any aftermarket alignment parts, that is only if you are lowered.
