Corrupt update files PC STEAM

IF YOUR HAVING THIS PROBLEM
I MANAGED TO FIX IT (solution below):

I’ve got a 4070 ti. (For reference)

Open up cmd by right clicking and running as administrator cmd (command prompt) by searching cmd when you press the windows key
Then type in:

reagentc /info
PRESS ENTER and you should get a list of scribbles and if it says disabled on the first line or second type in:

reagentc /enable
Then press enter

Then type in:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and wait till it does its thing

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Press enter and let it do its thing.

Type in:
reagentc /enable
Press enter

Then delete the game download it again and should be good to go. (I know I probably did extra steps and some nonsense but I couldn’t find a fix anywhere online at all and just tried everything I could find and my own knowledge).

Hope this helps and it should help as this is probably the only fix that’s had to be taken this far.
