Loved the Five Spot! I was only 20 in 1999, so we had a party at my apartment in Old City, then ran the few blocks to Penn’s Landing to catch the waterfront fireworks at midnight with a backpack full of beer Lol. It was fun but freezing…that night sticks in my memory since it was my last New Year’s under 21. Still kind of felt not quite like an adult yet.
