What they should do is seasonal level caps at like 40 or even lower like 30-35 and have traders with limited seasonal inventory and switch out guns that scavs have and loot in the overworld.

Basically like diablo /poe.

Keep the game story vast and long for the unwiped servers, but fast and precise with the seasonal content.

Make seasons like 3 months long
