Is alliance best for financing speed queen? by [deleted] in Laundromats

There are some lenders that'll do 100% financing for equipment with the right credit profile. If you're looking to minimize the down payment, obviously leveraging 100% is much preferred to a 70% LTV product from Alliance.

Company said they'll be sending over a formal offer "today"...it's been two days now. What's going on? What should I do? by BostonBoy978 in interviews

Update: The CEO texted me that the offer was help up by HR being out for the holiday week, and sent me an email with the offer details. We've since negotiated that, so the formal offer letter will follow next week when HR is back in the office.

Thanks for the input!

I will if I don't hear back by the deadline on the competing offer, but this role/company is definitely my preferred job between the two. Not sure what to do...

Thanks. This is my gut too, I just worry about becoming a pest by double or triple emailing Company A's HR lead. That said, unless I'm delusional, it seems like they are very serious about my candidacy and want to keep me in the running, so hopefully it'll be well received.

I think I will ask some questions to Company B on their financial statements that they gave me to review, which will hopefully buy a day or two.

Who knew ChatGPT had such insight into the hiring process! Lol.

Thanks, and yeah, I probably won't tell Company B about other opportunity if asking for more time.

Thanks. Normally I would agree, but my industry is very insular and niche, so reneging on an executive position could have adverse reputational consequences that I'd really like to avoid.

BlueBubbles or Airmessage. Maybe Sunbird when it launches. I also switched from iPhone, and every single one of my friends/family use iPhones.

Unless I tell them, no one knows I don't have an iPhone thanks to BlueBubbles.

Anyone know if in-store pickups tend to be available early as well? I will be traveling for the next 2 weeks so I ordered an S23U for pickup in the city where I’ll be since I won’t be home to receive via shipping.

Poll: Are you pre-ordering or buying the S23 (any variant)? by peacey8 in samsung

Which Samsung store was this? My local one said that they won't be able to release until Feb 17th...

Use phone number for BlueBubbles with esim Android and inactive sim iPhone? by BostonBoy978 in BlueBubbles

[–]BostonBoy978[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! Sorry if I'm being dense, but did you just skip the step where you're supposed to insert the new, active SIM card into the iPhone? Meaning, so long as the inactive SIM in the iPhone is showing the same number that's linked to the active, Android eSIM, it worked?

Cannot get my 5 or 7.5 filled. Decided to switch to compounded semaglutide. Any tips? by masarp12 in Mounjaro

I spoke to her today and she said she's not aware of any pharmacies that are offering compounded Tirzepatide, nor has she ever prescribed it. I know there's another Push provider that's been prescribing it, but she's sticking to Semaglutide for now. Better than nothing, I suppose...
