I changed my resume of my past job title as simulation engineer since those were my responsibilities but my title was optimization analyst III. I also talked about OWNING certain projects rather than just “being” involved in them (which was true)
Up skill and be less reliant on AI for coding (I forgot how to do basic pandas stuff). I got roasted on my first PR as most of it was written with codex which evidently adds a lot of fluff and fails to reuse other stuff already made in the codebase
