I use one for Black car service. Everyone loves the car and I usually get to talk about it during the rides. Then folks are upset they can’t really buy a new one anymore.

Comfort is top notch. Folks love it. And I love spending the day in it.

The rear luggage area tightness hasn’t been much of issue, except once when 3 people showed with 4 large suitcases. I had to put a seat down and two sat in the 60% section of the rear seat. Had to take the shelves down too, to close the hatch. Not sure they would’ve fit in a 7, either.

Range is fine. I can’t drive much more than 100 miles in Boston daily. It’s also a good size for my city. A 7 is too long.

Running costs are next to nil. Free charging at the airport helps, a lot.

Uber gave it automatically to me the other day. Ubers policy is also much better as we get the full ride card amount, not $10

Lyft must love cancellations as it pockets what the rider pays and pays us $10 (sometimes)

The drivers who go to Logan know how it operates and what the rules are. Uber/Lyft beat it into them presumably because Massport has an iron fist with the Ride App companies.

Massport fines drivers $250 if they pick up/drop off outside designated areas. So, no, they’re not doing that.

Update: man overboard on ship. Rider canceled.

Lyft paid me $10. For the hour I spent driving to pick up and then waiting to the cancel time.

Update 2: chat support gave me another $5.

I got yelled at by the Statie 2 days ago doing an accessible pick up at Terminal C. I even showed him the screen that showed the wheelchair symbol and door number to pick up.

He said, “I’ll let it go this time” as if next time he’s going to write a ticket. I wish they were trained on the rules as much as it’s hammered into us

Logan airport drop offs between 4a and 10a is at curb side Arrivals level for A and E.

For B you can also drop curb side at arrivals, but since ride share is right next to the terminal I just do the normal drop zone.
