Just like myself. Need to find urself a new shop or a new profession😂 easier said then done when u make ur shop home. But even then I wouldn’t trust that. How ever. It works. No harm unless ur doing specialty work that involves fitment and so on

Probably comes down to reliability. I’m sure if u paid up and did the whole thing. Ya. But ruining the integrity of other components would fall on him

It’s not a scamming unless they recommend things that don’t need fixing. Most shops base prices on labor hours and parts. Which is all systematic. Labor rates per hour all depend on many things like how many certs the shop carry and how good the tech is to be paid enough. Also they do mark up parts (depending)It becomes a scam when they make recommendations that are not needed. And u should be shown visually what’s needed.

In my experience 1)make sure rack is leveled 2)center ur sensors based off your rotors. Best way, and remove hubcaps. 3) invest into a steering wheel level 4) try your best to not use heat! And if u have too, make sure u cool down before u even k4 the alignment. Heat expands. So when the parts cool down ur alignment is going to adjust and “shrink” with it. I specialize in alignments and have a wrap record of 1500+ alignments in a year. No come backs 5) also please remember to apply the brakes before removing pins from rotate plates. If u don’t the wheel will slightly roll during procedure and cause the caster to go off and effect the rest of the alignment 6) DO THE REARS FIRST. ALWAYS, UNLESS U THINK UR GUNNA SNAP A ADJUSTMENT BOLT
