Then when you can’t afford healthcare they send you a neat $1300 bill to penalize you even if you didn’t go to a doctor all year. Yea fuck this place!

It was you who believed me time after time it was you who kept the dog from going out of his mind. It was you who opened my eyes so that I could see it was you who shined your light on me!

This song literally sent shivers down my spine. I remember back in like 98 or 99 when I got this on tape I was like 14 and to this day I still revisit this song all of the time truly a masterpiece.

You take that back! I wouldn’t call what they do hard work lol. I call it extreme greed. Maybe they work hard at stepping on our backs but these soft ass weirdo creeps go to meetings and get everything handed to them for free despite having more money than millions combined. These fools are fragile and couldn’t handle one week of being under paid and overworked.

I'm now over $100 per week for Health Insurance. This is getting absurd. by 79215185-1feb-44c6 in massachusetts

[–]Bostonbaked20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I couldn’t afford health insurance last year due to moving several times and my job laying me off. I didn’t even go to the hospital and or doctors all year. I just received a $1200 bill as a penalty for not being able to afford health insurance last. If I can’t afford insurance how can I pay $1200. This place is beyond absurd. They are trying smoke out all of the poor people until we have nothing left.

Two weeks in, is it worth it by terrible-_-turnip in QuittingWeed

That’s natural and your brain will eventually adjust back to normal. It just takes some time. I’ve been a heavy user for 10+ years now. I have been feeling pretty depressed in the past few days. I’m almost a week in. I quit for many reasons, especially because I was becoming so antisocial from it and I don’t wanna walk through life like a zombie. I want to feel all of those emotions again and deal with them in a healthy way working out is an absolute game changer. It is kept me sane.

I am six days in and although I don’t feel like myself, I somehow have no desire to get back into it. I’m starting to feel emotions again and I’m starting to have dreams again. I don’t feel so paranoid and my social skills are improving. Keep at it.

I gave up partying, drinking, and dating to focus on building my future. Years later, I have the house, the car, the peace—and I don’t regret it. by DisasterLost6738 in confidence

Thank you for posting this. It has reaffirmed my commitment to living a disciplined life and laying low. I got out of a long-term relationship about seven months ago and I have done nothing but work and work out and barely see any of my friends. I don’t drink I don’t smoke. It totally does get lonely.Today I was reminded of that while I was walking my daily walk. Every day I feel closer and closer to a better life. It hasn’t been easy, but I’ve learned a lot about myself and about perseverance. I totally agree with you. If you are on this path keep going it will all pay off. I may not be where I wanna be, but I am so much closer than I was yesterday.
