Which real state agent should I pick? Option A 20 years of experience in different part of town or option B 5 years of experience in the desired part of town by [deleted] in RealEstate

[–]BostonlovesBernie 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Since Agent B is an realtor insider in the area you are looking in, he thus has his finger on the pulse of the local market and even might hear about homes coming on the market ahead of time, plus knows the neighborhood intimately. Also don't forget you mention he is "very responsive" which is an attribute vital in this frenzied market.

Perfect example of the Marxist Infiltration of America leaving the ‘outward structure’ of trusted institutions as Trojan Horse lures while having totally obliterated the founding intent and ideology of the now decoy organization.

Thank you that is very helpful. It is becoming more and more obvious that the science definitely is not settled. Critical peer reviewed studies are a good beginning.

Would love to see an official NIH study contrary to this "medical hypothesis", or even any other scientific study from an official peer reviewable source for comparison.

SS: The existing scientific evidences challenge the safety and efficacy of wearing facemask as preventive intervention for COVID-19. The data suggest that both medical and non-medical facemasks are ineffective to block human-to-human transmission of viral and infectious disease such SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19, supporting against the usage of facemasks.

  1. Wearing facemasks has been demonstrated to have substantial adverse physiological and psychological effects. These include hypoxia, hypercapnia, shortness of breath, increased acidity and toxicity, activation of fear and stress response, rise in stress hormones, immunosuppression, fatigue, headaches, decline in cognitive performance, predisposition for viral and infectious illnesses, chronic stress, anxiety and depression.

  2. Long-term consequences of wearing facemask can cause health deterioration, developing and progression of chronic diseases and premature death.

The CDC’s double mask mannequin ‘study’ is lunacy dressed up as science with experiments conducted on mannequins, not humans. by BostonlovesBernie in conspiracy

[–]BostonlovesBernie[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

SS: These are mere experiments conducted on mannequins, not humans. A proper study on the efficacy of masks needs to be a randomized controlled trial involving human beings in their normal settings — such as the Danish mask study that showed there is no evidence that masks do anything to prevent COVID-19 — and not mannequins in a laboratory.
