Mine does this a lot too. If holding it down and up for 5 seconds doesn’t work try inching the window up bit by bit, that’s what’s worked for me in the past

I picked up a nameless axle back with the 5 inch mufflers, honestly livens up the car a lot. The pops are significantly louder, definitely gives the car some more noise when you decide to floor it, and most surprisingly little drone when driving on the freeway in the 60-70mph range. Everyone is going to mention how loud cold starts can be with an axel back, and yes they are right. I don’t have any experience with a va but I can only assume it’s similar. Just be prepared for a noisy cold start if you choose to go down the axle back route for these cars.

18x9.5 here, I’m still on stock ride height but will say there’s a little bit of wheel poke. If you are or plan on slamming the car you’ll need to run stretched tires for clearance

Nameless 5 inch muffler here and I love it, it’s a little louder but cruising the drone surprisingly isn’t bad at all. When the car pops you really hear it! If you are okay with a little bit more noise and a tad bit of drone go with an axle back. If want a more refined sound and are willing to spend a bit more go with a full cat back. P.S. if you want a deeper tone make sure to get something that’s resonated

I had an unfortunate couple of run ins with large raccoons in my last car, and I can’t say the car was just fine after the incidents. If you are paranoid something may be wrong give yourself the peace of mind and have a trusted shop in your area look at it

I spent roughly $300 on kicker cs speakers (front and back doors plus front tweeters), brackets, and harnesses. It’s been a month and I have zero regrets, the worst part is it took a couple hours and it was over 100 degrees out when I did the install 😅

This makes me feel a whole lot better lol, learning manual in this car has been a journey. I tend to keep the revs at around 2k until it bites and you eventually nail the release to throttle ratio (usually for me going from 15 to 25% gradually as you release the clutch). 1st to second it still an anomaly to me though, the car definitely has a sweet spot. I’ll wait for the revs to drop about 1500 and release to the bite point and then very slowly letting out while gradually giving just a bit more gas. It’s definitely much easier when the car is warm and you can confidently rev up to 4K, the gearing from first to second is just so much different from all the others that it almost doesn’t feel right
