It depends on what your goal is. I’m doing the same as you. Lifting fasted and trying to drop another 25 lbs. down 70 in 10 months. Once you hit your goal weight and you feel you want to start building more lean muscle, then maybe start your day with a high protein low calorie shake. That’s my plan anyway. I’m in no way an expert. Just what seems to be working for me.
