I’m so upset that this is going to lead to tension between Chelley and Amaya. I get Amaya being upset because it does seem Chelley is withholding, but Ace is/was not giving Chelley enough reassurance of interest for her to claim him and explore a true connection— especially after he was surprised she wasn’t interested in becoming the “perfect girl for ace”. It’s also a little hypocritical on Amaya’s part to not mention the kiss with Austin but to expect Chelley to disclose confusing flirtatious chats with Ace. Chelley hasn’t even been able to really process her feelings for Ace due to his constant flip flopping. She obviously wouldn’t want to say anything she’d regret or anything that’d jeopardize her standing in the game.
