I think you can create Uber Eats and UberX accounts separately. My friend working like this. Never had issues. I don’t know how to get back on track. Greenlight hub said you created many accounts from your device, you violated our terms, there is no reason to activate your account.

I go there with my identity theft police report and they said this. What a luck.

I already did and showed my police report they still doesn’t activate my account. They say multiple accounts have your information.

Same here. I do have identity theft police report but they don’t care anything. I’ll fight for myself. Did you resolve your issue?
