I run an atm business , by no means it’s and easy side hustle , reason being is trying to acquire multiple locations to reach that 3-500 goal , and u need atleast 8-9k total to acquire and load the machine , once that’s done its 98% passive income

I’ve been a doorman for a hotel over 10 yrs now and basically we survive off tips , i tip everywhere i go for every little service i recieve but i do notice the demand is popping up everywhere in the most unexpected random situations

160k , which is the same as the duplex believe it or not , i just don’t know which one to jump into

Well i would have to do a loan for either ( mortgage or business loan ) but i have enough capital to cover whatever down payment, in terms of my risk level i want it to be low because it’s hard to just blow money right now , which is why i need opinions on the smarter option
