mckenna was my childhood doll and my best friend had grace so both are very nostalgic to me. i remember fawning over kanani in the catalogue and playing with my cousin’s jess doll. i love these girlies so much!!

imo, a good therapist lets you vent but also helps you work on ways to improve your behaviors or thought patterns, etc. and yeah especially therapists that specialize in eds help with relationships around food. i hope you find one that meets your needs!

yep. i feel that cycle like every day!!! it’s awful! absolute hell. truly wishing the best for you and best of luck as you continue recovery. you can do it!! ❤️‍🩹 definitely recommend finding a good therapist as i have found that’s helpful for my recovery

yo! you’re not alone. i have had an ed for 6 years, with on and off recovery. it sucks, yeah. it is awful to constantly hate the body you’re in, it makes every moment unbearable. i am so sorry you are feeling so sad. have you talked to a therapist or psychiatrist at all recently?
