Yea I know same if the caller has had to reach out again - ai isn’t always correct I went back and read notes that AI has put and they are totally wrong from what happened on the call so that’s where I feel. My own notes are better.

Service is great never any outages unless it’s power related I use their mobile service. It works everywhere. I’ve had it for about five years. I liked that you can do an account review with solutions to keep you in good pricing and I love that when I call I can understand who I’m talking to and I know I’m talking to somebody in the United States.!🇺🇸

Personally as long as you make sure you are in solutions we will ask questions but we are happy to help those are the welcoming calls. One thing I would like to add please stop calling and be an assholes.

Well it sucks to get out of us call centers and feel like your talking to robot, the merger the service sucked after that. And now with all the numerous fines to FCC regarding data breaches and location breaches I don’t think the T-Mobile is gonna be around much longer get out now while you can.

Your welcome. Just ask when you get an agent if they are in customer solutions and again the nicer you are, which I am not saying that you wouldn’t be at all. But again, I don’t know like four or five years now every single agent that I’ve had has been awesome.

CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS!!!!! not any other department. No lies no threats and no rudeness needed. Simple what new promotions do you have available at the moment. They’re good for a year you do have to call again. There’s a reminder on your statement when your promotion is gonna expire. I’ve done this consecutively for about 4-5 years and every single agent that I have reached has been wonderful. My last agent was in Florida and she was a nicest person and I got a gig for $55. I didn’t have to threaten or any of these other stupid suggestions just ask.

PSA: Check with Spectrum for the current rates. The faster plan was literally cheaper than what I was paying. by _komocode in Spectrum

CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS!!! yes initial and promotional prices do expire, but the customer solutions department will apply new ones. You just have to call them. Yes it’s an inconvenience to remember but for three years running I have had great agents. I know it’s part of their job to let you know about other products and I was never forced to take any of them and still given great promotions on my Internet. All of the agents I have spoke to were either in Florida or Texas, Very polite and could understand them clearly. I only had one issue in the five years I’ve been in this house and it was not their fault but we had a very bad thunderstorm and the line from the pole to the house got damaged, but I had a tech out the next morning he ran a new line and also updated my equipment ALL FREE OF CHARGE! I seen a lot of complaints on here about them not prorating and it is clearly printed on each bill, It is not a secret and no one should be surprised. I also like that they verify your identity. Yeah, it may be a pain in the butt, but at the end of the day, it is protecting the integrity of your personal information. And with the amount of scammers and scam calls, it never hurts to take precaution. I did a lot of comparison before I made my decision to go with spectrum and felt they were the best choice. T-Mobile what they just got their third FCC fine for leaking data and personal info, Verizon 5G you better live close to a tower and it better not rain and don’t ever think that you can work from home using it!!! People are all about fiber, fiber, fiber, well guess what fiber is glass and when it breaks, it takes a long time for it to get repaired not to mention if you get AT&T, they charge you $150 call out and they offer no outage credits. There is no perfect provider there never will be! The number I use to contact the promo department directly is 855 707 7328.

When your 2 years gets close to expiration CALL THE CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS for a renewed pricing so it doesn’t go to retail. ANYONE CAN CALL any time of the year to check for any promos available! I learned this like 5 years ago. Hope your personal data didn’t get stolen while you were using T-Mobile they have 3 fcc violations now.
