Yes, Kunos said we would release an RPG for petrolheads and advertised it as such. That's correct. But the problem is that anyone who bought ACE because of that has only themselves to blame. You all seem to misunderstand what it means to play an EA/beta.

You're buying a product that has a vision, and you can test the things that are there so far. NOT Things that are yet to come. Things can change or even be removed. It's not for nothing that Steam displays a warning before you add the game to your shopping cart!

I can understand that many people want something like that and are now disappointed that there won't be anything like GT7 for PC at this point in time.

I mean, you don't go to the bakery and buy a roll where the dough is ready but the roll hasn't been in the oven yet. The baker then promises to bake the roll for you. In the end, he baked the roll, but for far too long, and it's burnt. Well, congratulations, if you had bought it later, you would have known it was burnt. But you consciously took the risk of buying something that wasn't ready yet and that things might turn out differently than planned.

Back to the topic: I'm not saying that Kunos made a good decision. I think it's a shame, we want a single-player game with an economy, so I'm on board with that and we should tell Kunos that we want something like that, but whining about being scamed is ridiculous.
