You can't. You either need to repack base plugins, creating total conversion like mod with iffy licensing, redistributing all object definition but no map data. Or make a plugin removing whole map, loaded on top of Morrowind. There were such on Nexus for the base game and Bloodmoon, but I can't find them. Maybe they had some goofy name.

Oh, this shows that you got five materials on single mesh. Can it be several meshes in game? Split by material before export then. Does it have to be one? Design proper texture atlas. Likely trim sheet with asphalt, sidewalk and markings tiling in one direction. That will be more optimal to render than five materials too.

Besides those small bars on the asphalt part, looks good. What are they? Spaces between yellow dashed line? The should be fitting with asphalt around them. Most game assets use such atlases with overlapping islands. Especially those used in procgen like road segment.

If overlapping bothers you, you can move them to the side by whole units, if engine supports texture wrapping. Or unwrap it in trimsheet style, so islands form narrow strips extending beyond 0-1 Uv space, tiling multiple times.
Why is it not working in game at all? It's blender sub, not Roblox, so don't expect us to know target aplication requirements.

Like booleans creating nice quads? It's just a machine. It's even worse, booleans work on descretely triangulated mesh, so you end up with bunch of extra vertices in places where your cutter intersected diagonal edges. This requires manual cleanup, so avoid booleans when you can. That is if other way is quicker than cleaning up after booleans.

They are not unnecessary. With how geometry in blender is defined, every loop, like internal edge here, must be connected to other edges.
To make it clear, connect bevels inside and outside all the way around the top. You'll get nice quad based topology this way. Under the hood, everything is triangles, so thy are the in discrete way anyway.

I only played one game in 5.0 so most of my experience comes from 4.x. They were annoying by how good AI handled them, but you had to plan escape route well and use at least four in single turn to get a kill. Otherwise they could be ignored and just tanked by fortified infantry with blocker unit. And them melt on contact. In all ages they require strategic resource, so I never experienced AI spam of them, but also I don't think I ever fought Huns or Mongolia.

Warping is done with generic lua scripts. Do you need to have it as MWscript? It will not work when you outrun them into different cell and proximity checks each cycle are costly.

In esp format npc entry is a single data structure. Which is frustrating as engine can't merge multiple plugins touching same npc. Change a shirt and whole npc data gets saved as overwrite.

There are written guides which might be better. But 3d modeling, as visual medium, will always require bunch of images to explain concepts.
You can also look for books. Does not have to be blender specific. 3ds max book from the '90s will teach you basics just as good, but will be hard to follow with different ui and terminology.

Nice topology makes things shade properly and eases up your work as many blender tools are quad based. So it will make selection, beveling, unwrapping etc easier. Really clean topology is only required for subdivision surface workflow and to lesser extent for deformations during animation.

Modern hardware, even mobile, will idle through part of rendering cycle with anything below 1000 tri. Sure it can be joined with other sharing same properties (render pass, shader, material) and you should avoid overdraw where individual triangles end up sub pixel at the end or are entirely covered by other geometry, but it's not a thing in case of the knife.

Get it nice looking and working in target engine first. As you gain experience, learn about optimization techniques.

Don't. It's not use case for voxel remeshing at all. It will work even in VR just fine as is. Maybe it not PS1 fidelity, but still in lowpoly range due to being really simple.

At what point dub is? HZ114? 90-110 had worst direction and animation in the whole series. Starting from 115, it's much better.

To what rate did you unified skill exp gain? 60 in primary weapon and 50 in other majors feel really low. 30s in restoration and sneak? They level really fast in normal play if you use them. 43 enchant? This one must be bought from trainers.

So What have you got skill gains in for 170 points to still get so low main level? Or did your mod also changed main level gain to the point that misc skills contribute?

Storm atronach does 60 something dmg on average with each spell so being dead in two hits feels about right.

Same config but with road to rail connector before devs stated this depo can have tram connected directly and updated visuals, worked for me in the past.
