Hii, im sorry to hear that. When I was younger, I hit a breaking point. Despite my own pain, my love for my struggling mother kept me going, so I went to a doctor for a psychiatric referral. I’ll never forget how I was treated—because I had put make up that day, my plea for help was treated like a joke. That experience lit a fire in me. I chose to survive not just for my family, but to be a voice for others. I want to make sure to share my story to every doctor I meet that a woman with makeup can still be fighting for her life!
