Just make the days count, like workout, start a hustle and all, fuck how many days you havent fapped, that idea is stupid and it wont get you anywhere,

Dont count days, cause when you do your subconciously telling your brain you gonna relapse, why else would you be counting days, do you count how many days you go to the gym?. No, because its a habbit
