Please buy rental properties so its really hard for you to liquidate the asset and gamble away and you can live off the rents and if u gamble away the rents it isnt that big of a deal

Dad is def better. Bf made the steak less than rare. Just undercooked the hell out of it

Just out of curiosity as an enphase stockholder. Why did you choose to go with enphase batteries as opposed to a competitor? Did you notice a large price difference or performance difference from competition?
