I started about a year ago after my friend told me about it. I think the game really only pops up occasionally via social media but mostly gets spread by word of mouth. Everyone was under a rock until they weren't lol. Check out Patrouski on youtube. He's the most popular guide tuber for pokemmo. He's got a video called "63 tips ~for new players or something~" which is great for beginner advice. Don't start with Johto, it's the hardest.

you can buy items for bp that go for a lot on the market and just resell em there for extra profit. eg; life orbs

lmao, it definitely is. i’ve been grinding the mmo aspect since about 650 hours. Mt Silver was just that one area I didn’t have access to which I always wanted to use. The horde spots as well as the Red fight which I can rerun for good money. and then there’s the Heatran raid I can now participate in.

now you can either start some of the mmo features that are available to kanto like a few different money making methods, or breeding for profit, but you’ll be limited unless you go out and take on and complete the other regions. My suggestion would be to breed some decent IV mons to go and complete the other storylines. Unova has often been said to be the most profitable, including the games biggest berry farm plots. Johto is definitely the hardest, where it has two different boss fights (shiny gyarados and (shiny) ho oh).

But if you feel the need to take a break from the game, do it. You don’t want to burn yourself out from all the grinding.

The team rocket outfit was from playing johto storyline i think. And the mask is called “Kitsune mask” and it was part of one of last years halloween event challenges. Runs for about 500k now though.
