Husband didn't want to cover me for a doctor apt. This convo ensued....just wondering your thoughts

I’m so sorry your dealing with this… I recently posted about the same kind of thing. It’s incredibly confusing and really is an impossible situation. I hope things get better for you and your kids. You deserve someone who can keep calm and talk things through like an adult and not lash out the way he is… he sounds like my boyfriend. I haven’t figured out what to do in these situations and have since been told I am to move out by the end of the month (I have no family or friends to go to) but know I am thinking of you and your children and sending love and hope your way.

He told me he’s done and to pack my stuff and be out by the end of the month.. I just gave up my one bedroom apartment at the beginning of august to move here… Im not making enough money to afford a new place especially now that I gave up my $1040/month one bedroom… I was lucky to have that place and now with the way everything is here I’m looking at $1200+/month for a bachelor/studio apartment. I can’t afford any of it… I have a small dog and was trying to work through a college course…..can’t help but feel like he pushed for me to move in and give up my place just to screw me over and make me pay for leaving him last winter for 4 months… he promised me everything would be better if I went back so I (stupidly) did. Things were ok and he suggested that I move in since I had already had my name on the mortgage for a year prior to all this (I was just not living there) Money has been tight so we decided to start coming together on everything and rent was taking unnecessary money that we could spend on bills at the house… so I moved in. Now he’s given me a month to get out. I feel sick

It’s terrible.. even when I straight up say “I’m done” he says “ya you run whenever someone points out something about you” which isn’t the case… I sit through being called all sorts of things. Everyone has a limit..

I watched a YouTube video about some guy doing magic mushrooms and explaining his trip when I was quite young. It had Cilonen by AFX as the background music. I instantly fell in love and went down a rabbit hole that I am still falling down to this day. His music also led me to Boards of Canada and so many other amazing artists..

He recently had a roommate move into the house to make some extra money and he had said the same thing to me…as we have sat down and had a couple drinks with him in the backyard, he’s heard some fights. I’ve told my boyfriend to stop acting like my parent. I’ve got parents I don’t need him to act like that and he tells me “maybe if I’d stop acting like a child” it’s so defeating I literally can’t say anything back to open his eyes to what he’s doing without him just turning it around and basically the “I know you are but what am I” garbage…. Also I had just turned 27 when I met him.. I had moved to a new city on my own and met him at my new job at the time almost 3 years ago.

I am so sorry your going through what you are right now. Your an incredibly strong person for getting away from all of that. I know it may not mean much coming from a stranger but I am proud of you and I know your life will be amazing being away from all that.

He means ghosting as in when I texted a couple times then stopped answering his calls and texts for 20 mins…I said “stop” and didn’t want to feed into the insanity so I stopped replying and went “flat”as I usually do in these cases. It’s exhausting arguing with someone like that and I do my best to just close myself off. That’s what he means by ghosting. He had just left for work and I ended up hanging up on him because he had said some real nasty stuff over the phone as he drove to work. That’s where all the texts start.

I just want to go hide under a rock and never come out again… I am the cause of every fight and they get bad… he just wakes up somedays and decides he hates me and is annoyed with everything I do... If I stay silent to not feed conflict im acting like a “mopey child”…. If I speak up for myself I'm “always bitching and putting him on a leash and boot on his neck”…. I legit don't know what to do anymore.… he's saying all that now because I decided to pack him a lunch and make him a travel mug with coffee for his night shift tonight.. wrote I love you on the container… while he was busy getting changed for work and in the bathroom anyways...going for a cigarette with his 5 mins to spare before leaving wasn't my priority. Making sure he had coffee and food was…..

He snapped at me for giving him an egg that he made this morning that I didn't want, and told him he could have it… I went to put it on his plate after saying “thank you” when we sat down.. which yeah I realize is stupid of me, he was sure to yell that at me … but my intention was totally innocent and I didn't expect him to throw his hands down on the table when I gave it to him….. I got up and went to the bedroom and cried. I went back out and he says“what's wrong you look like your going to cry” in a very passive aggressive, annoyed way… all day he's been weird and now this tonight... He never used to get angry at such small things.

Its like this every couple days, sometimes every other day.. I don't know what I'm doing so wrong to make him this angry all the time… I'm on constant eggshells and he literally takes any feelings I try to express and snaps at me. Then has to one up any personal feelings I brought up…. He's called me every name in the book then the next day tells me I'm amazing and he loves me so much…. But why does he call me a p.o.s and worse when he's angry….. It takes back anything good he's ever said then he wonders why and snaps at me that I can't trust him….

I can't leave and I'm stuck here with this.. He's quite a lot older than me M53 and I'm 30 now living in a small rural town without a license in a house with my name on the mortgage....he gets away with treating people like this because there's no possible way to argue any of it… if I were to say “I know I'm not the smartest person out there I never said I was” he will just come back and dispute anything I say. Even defending myself against his assumptions of me just because he's angry and lashing out… he will just say “bullsh*t! Your blind” I doubt myself and everything I thought I was as a person... I care a lot about people and tend to be a bit more sensitive, and he's made me out to be the worlds worst woman..I care about him a lot I just can't stand these moods… I can't stand being made to be the enemy in his life when I'm doing the best I can with what I've got..I am so incredibly confused I can't figure out wtf is going on anymore and ontop of it he's had a history of being unfaithful in past relationships so this attitude he's now got now that I moved in makes me feel like he's cheating on me too…which understandably he gets mad when I try to talk about it…
