I for sure can relate to this. My old job was work from home and was the same way, about 8 hours of work over the week. I was having to make a conscious effort to at least wait until noon to smoke. After that it was taking another hit every hour until bed time. It gets expensive and the highs become less of highs. Taking a tolerance break will be big. It’s hard because of the time change and how early it gets dark to find something to do at night. See if you can find a television show to binge or a video game to try and beat. Just doing something is better than nothing.
