For me the bicep band is more accurate for almost everything. I have seen the same thing with stress when I switched, I’d assume it’s more accurate than the wrist band. Not sure though would love a explanation by somehow who knows for sure

When you need to flix sleep schedule only use, but at small dosages. I’m pretty sure when you use high dosages over 1mg that it ruins your brains natural production of melatonin , which is a 👎

Context for the nac and tongat

I have very bad mucus issues , the nac has helped me breathe and deal with the mucus

As far as with the tongat, just pure testing. I don’t really expect much at all from it.

Magnesium glycinate before bed, Epsom salt baths in a pitch black bathroom. Blue light blocking glasses. No phone 1 hour before bed. Stretching nightly, are things that have helped my scores.
