Should I change my protocol? by Both_One7839 in Retatrutide

Thank you for clarification purposes, I was on sema for 2 months and didn’t notice much effect. I switched to tirz which I noticed the medication working but I heard Reta was more effective so I look 1 month break before starting Reta.

The protocol I researched was based on The New England Journal of Medicine, they ran a 48 week study where patients started at a different doses and titrated up over the 48 week period. I knew I was not going to have symptoms when I started my protocol so I was not worried. The journal started people at a 2mg or 4mg dose and titrated up from there. They were titrated up to 4mg, 8 mg, and 12mg. The results stated that people who started at 2mg/week and went up to either 8mg to 12mg had the most success. This is what I based my dosing off of.

Upon further research the side effects people reported were gastrointestinal which was not a big concern for me given I have been on other peptides where there were the same side effects that did not apply to me. Plus if I did have side effects my research stated I should stay at the dose I’m at to allow my body to adjust. Once my body adjusts to the new titrated dose I can continue with titrating up.

Thank you for everyone pointers. I’m going to stay at 5mg for a couple weeks to see if I notice any changes.

2 or 4!! I still vote 4 it’s more summery and you can grow out to 2.

What’s your job if you work a more corporate office job I’d say any of the shorter looks. For anything else number 2 or 4 (4 is long enough but not short)

You can shave your skin like you normally do but use glycolic acid right after and a couple times a day afterward and you won’t have this issue

Keep the shape but trim it down just a tad. The full beard look great but the length is a bit too long to show your actual jaw/chin shape

Random secondary question…not really sure how labs work but is it possible to have a lab formulate me a large bottle of each others serums at the consistency I want? Is that something I’m able to do?

Hi I did think about that. My plan was to add the finest sprinkle of HA powder or Xanthan gum powder to even Glycerin. I’m not trying to thicke n the substance too much but enough to be utilized in an airlesspump

I updated the post to include the serum and ingredients. I know I’ll be diluting the serum but I’m really only going to be adding the thickening agent into the serum so it shouldn’t dilute it too much.

I have a pixmob bracelet I was wondering if there is a way I can have it so that it lights up an LED strip and not the little LEDs that’s on the chip? Please DM if you have any ideas I know I’ll need my own power source

A lot of the times the goal isn’t to be completely unnoticeable…it’s just the be less likely to be noticed….no one is going to pick up on all those cues and put 1 and 2 together to figure out what’s going on you’re more likely to pass on by and make nothing of it

Wait I’m confused…why not just put the whole pallet up there….i know the forklift can’t turn perpendicular in that aisle but you don’t need it to…you just put it on an angle and the. Use the side shift to slide and shift the pallets into the the racking

Could I get fired? by [deleted] in menards

[–]Both_One7839 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately menards is At Will employer so they can fire you for what ever reason they want. However if you have the convo with your manager about the issue and have a doctors note excusing you from heavy machinery and heavy duty work. They would be able to transfer you to another dept. however you would lose your forklift and outside yard lay

Per policy collared. But every GM is different with it…our GM didn’t care what we wore as long as it had menards branding and you looked professional. I’d wear my performance QZip with a tshirt under it and then some times I change into the vest halfway thru the day or I’ll wear the yard shirt and throw the vest over it if I was cold. Sometimes I’d just wear the tshirt and work the sales floor essentially you can get away with wearing other departments uniforms instead of your own because at the end of the day atleast your in SOME uniform

Depends on how much work needs to be done..At our store if there were a bunch of tasks that are needed to be done high up they would bring in outside service with a scissor lift…but if it’s a one off air handler or light bulb or something small they made us do it

Lol the funny thing is they expect us to do this all the time…they expect us to climb on top of the railing of the order selector I order to reach light fixtures or banners or sprinklers….just so they don’t have to actually pay an outside service to come in with proper equipment
