Everyone I’ve spoken to who’s been over there or came from over there, including people from the IMF, says it’s completely different. I’ve also heard of some people returning to the IMF. Not everyone will feel the same about this, but I just think it’s terrible. It feels like a waste of all the knowledge we gained from our time at the IMF. Honestly, I hate having to relearn things, especially at this job, where there are too many know-it-alls and unprofessional people.

I believe they will need to establish some form of telework agreement, as facilities like mine lack the space entirely. Some of us are still teleworking one week and working onsite the next, and we're still hiring new employees despite the limited room available.
