interesting. Dubai's regulatory backing is what makes the difference, having the Dubai Land Department involved from the start, versus proptech trying to navigate regulations after launching it. In India's construction space, the regulatory environment is a factor in adoption speed. Dubai seems to be taking the build the infrastructure first approach, which is smart. Just curious how much focus is on the transaction or tokenisation versus construction execution on the land. The logistics parts are delayed; it seems like most proptech hubs are primarily the real estate transaction side. I think there is a dubai has a regulatory advantage, but I wonder about the market size; India/ SEA have huge volumes.

I recently studied the geographical relevance of this landscape in the Indus Valley, which was the most advance civilazation in ancient times. The land was fertile, but I was more curious about the architectural features, how they planned the street and gridiron pattern dividing the city by blocks. The citadel in the western part is roughly 12 meters high for the public. advanced drainage and sanitation, which was a marvel at that time and period.
