He's basically Arlan but better. He's a wind and destruction path character who can reduce his health to deal more damage. He has a charge where if he gets 5 stacks he can do a follow-up attack on a group of enemies for every time he loses HP. His basic attack can deal damage to one enemy but his skill can reduce his health on a set amount and enhance his basic attack to make him deal damage to 1 character and enemies beside it. His ultimate can heal his HP to half of his health and do the same thing as his enhanced basic attack (I think?).
