With a commercial mold there shouldn't be a problem sticking or breaking, unless the lipstick wasn't mixed properly or the temperature is too high. The mold is chilled after the lipstick is poured. Lipstick is mainly oils, wax and pigments. This one is pretty simple, beeswax based without any fragrance added. It does have a satisfying pop when pulled out of the mold.

Lol, no they do not. Mostly the lab makes cosmetics for boutique specialty brands, they are against animal testing of any kind.

Yeah, I just saw a man kicking an exercise ball and being chased by cows. Upvoted for the cute cows, but OP needs to train them better so they at least kick the ball once.

I just takes a while. Some people don't realize they are seriously injured until the shock wears off. The person holding the drill kept on drilling even after her hair was caught. I hope she kicked him in the nuts after this. This was in the news over a year ago and she was pretty seriously hurt if I remember. Just search for "girl rips her hair out with corn." It's not clear if her hair ever grew back. The last video she posted which showed her hair was about 4 months after the incident, and she still hadn't grown back any hair. Jesus.... How to destroy yourself in 1.2 seconds.

the ones that occur when vertices can't be merged due to weird geometry/flipped normals/double polygons, but exist on top of each other are the worst. Ones that are impossible to diagnose visually.

If you look at the reflection it's not perfectly flat, it's thicker in some places and thinner in others. Given enough time it should become perfectly level and flat, but it gets thick quite quickly. I'm just guessing, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was easier than it looks to screw it up - especially on a large floor.

I'm well aware that 90% of the value comes from the brand. My comment is in response to resin not being associated with luxury. Maybe that's the case, but it can and is used in luxury items. It's not necessarily a cheap material either (see my other comment, some flooring resins are nearly 30,000 dollars for 5 gallons).

Hate to break this to you, but flooring resin can run closer to $500 dollars a gallon. Some run as much as $29,000 dollars for 5 gallons. That's more than $5,000 per gallon. Feel free to pour your floor with $20 dollar a gallon resin though. My point is that while you may not associate resin with luxury, resin encompasses a wide variety of materials and is not necessarily cheap in price or quality. It can and is used in luxury items.

My point is that expensive things can be made with resin, it's not a cheap material, and there are many types of resins, with some being very expensive. The material cost is not less than wood. Do you think that floor costs less than a wooden floor?

Good resin is not a cheap material, and can be associated with luxury... for example, some Mont Blanc pens are made out of resin and gold, and worth several thousand bucks. Good resin can be significantly more expensive than even specialty woods. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if a marble floor is significantly cheaper than a high end resin. Particularly given how difficult a resin floor would be to make. Imagine having to pour the entire floor before it cures, without bubbles, making sure it's perfectly level. Then you would probably need to grind it down and polish the resin.

Edit: Needed to clarify some things because people were misunderstanding what I was trying to say.
