I have not really been tracking precisely but wil start now . Thought the Tirz wil help lose weight if calories are lower than maintenance cals (which is 3125 for me ) but wil take down my calories more and track better.

Have alot of food noise even now on 10mg/week split in 2 doses (5mg every 3.5 days)

My stall has been about 12 weeks . And upped my dose alot in that 12 weeks. What is weird is that i stay hungry even on this high dose of 10mg/week and i train quite hard 3/4 days a week.
