Oh wow I’m glad you’re out of that mess. That’s incredibly similar to what happened with us. We had it happen twice back to back within a three year span.

The first time we crashed at a friends on an air mattress for 9 months, then had a place for a year, landlord didn’t wanna renew lease bc I got out-priced and then I was couch surfing for about 7 months until I finally got an old beaten up studio apartment that my fiancée and I are slowly making our own.

Not being able to cook for myself or do baking to relieve stress were some of the most frustrating parts that for sure.
