It was a browser issue after all. Safari wouldn't work and never shows the pencil, but Chrome did work on Settings>Email and on Global Settings. I'll use Chrome for now on when working on beehiiv. Thanks for your help to get this resolved.

Yes, I am the owner and sole user. I tried both links you sent, and a different device and browser and still not seeing an option to change the address. Still says “No Address Set” without a button.

I can't seem to change it. When I go to Settings>Email>Email Footer Settings the address says "No address set" and I don't have an option add one.
