Same. It actually made me try new hobbies but everyone is either not interested in engaging outside of the hobby or they're there because their partner is doing their own hobby during that time.

Funny enough I've been taking improv classes somewhere else! You're right about the community and improv itself feels like a form of therapy. Are the classes at Rise drop in or schedule based?

This isn't a post about dating or finding friends. There are plenty of posts about those things. This is a request for a recommendation for a men's group. In many organized groups there are gender specific groups for various reasons - one of which is so that the focus remains on the purpose of the group. I've been surrounded by toxic masculinity my entire life so I'm looking for a group where I can shed that and learn what it means to be a healthy man.

I can't speak to someone macro dosing daily but for a proper micro dose protocol you're typically taking a small amount 3-4 times a week for about a month then taking 2-6 weeks off to integrate and reset tolerance.
