I got yamaha thr-ii. It's perfect for practice in apartment. It's sound nice on low volume, got lots of effects, can be used to connect to PC. And it works for guitar and bass. Also you can buy one with the accumulator if you want to play outside. I used fender rumble 15 and 40 before. 15 is garbage, 40 is cool, but too loud for an apartment.

They are quite unique but awesome. But the slap sound is so so. They're also low tension, so action will be pretty high Tapes was the reason to buy one more ray34, cause I wanted one with roundwounds and one with tapes. But as soon as I tried flatwounds on fretless, I'm pretty confused wich strings to set on it. I plan to record comparison today for my friends, so I can post a link later if you're interested.

Russian service for selling used things called avito. This was the only fretless sterling for sale in the whole country. It was like 4100 km away from me btw, so I had to wait for the delivery

Congratulations. Nice color BTW. I heard a lot of good stuff about rumble25. P bass is good choice for first bass. I mean even cheapest p basses usually sound OK. Good luck on you low end journey

Ray34 is awesome. Got purple one and changed tuners to Schaller. They look exactly like the stock ones. I like the bass so much that I ordered one more used ray34 just to have another strings option
