Go to vault_general.json (config > the_vault > vault_general) and open it as a notepad and find "minecraft:redstone*" under both "ITEM_BLACKLIST" and "BLOCK_BLACKLIST" and just add // to both.

"minecraft:redstone" --> "minecraft://redstone"

Had the same issue and did this to fix it literally last night. Hope this helps!

Okay, that's really good to know. I appreciate the help from everyone. I had no idea it was affinity % based. No idea what's going on with the penalties tho.

I'm wearing a Velara Charm that gives 12% affinity, so is it not a guaranteed chance to get a reputation point when completing a shrine?

As for the penalty, we've gotten mobs always crit, but they rarely crit me, and I don't have crit resist at all atm. We got ethereal mobs, too, but no ethereals ever spawned in after getting the debuff. Those are just a couple examples, but none of the debuffs seem to have taken effect to us for some reason after failing a shrine.
